You can easily set a automatic notification to your technician when he is assigned to a job.
To create a notification navigate to:
Administration > Notifications
To add a notification click “Add New” and select who will receive the notification
Select the “Assigned Techs” option
Choose the notification method: SMS, Email or Both.
Select the notification timing: When the technician is assigned to a job or time before the job
Design the notification content with on the message box with our dynamic short codes.
Click the “Save” button to save the created notification
You can add as many notifications as you’d like.
To delete click the trash icon on the top right.
NOTE: The notification will be sent to the user according to the phone number and Email you have defined. Read more in User Settings
