Client notification

You can easily set a automatic notification to a client when he is assigned to a job.

To create a tech notification navigate to:
Administration > Notifications

To add a notification click “Add New” and select who will receive the notification
Select the “Assigned Client” option
Choose the notification method: SMS, Email or Both.
Select the notification timing: By job status or by time before the job and select the time or status.
Design the notification content with on the message box with our dynamic short codes.
Click the “Save” button to save the created notification

You can add as many notifications as you’d like.

To delete click the trash icon on the top right.

NOTE: The notification will be sent to the user according to the phone number and Email you have defined. Read more in User Settings
