Collecting signatures

Workiz allows you and your field stuff to collect signatures to any document (invoices, estimates, work orders…) using any touch enabled device.

To do this simply open an invoice or any other document and click the “Action” button.

Select “Sign” a dialog box will appear with a section for the client’s signature and the default client name under it (You can always change it if different ).
When ready click “Accept Signature”.

You can also send a signature request by selecting the “Request signature” option under the “Action” menu.
