Notification setup

Notifications are a powerful tool for a service business owner to stay updated with work flow changes.
You can set a custom notification to pretty much any action preformed in your business.

To create a notification navigate to:
Administration > Notifications

To add a notification click “Add New” and select who will receive the notification

Assigned client – Set up client notification by time or status
Assigned techs – Set up Technicians notification when they are assigned to a job.
User – A custom user notification can be created to any user

Choose the notification method: SMS,Email or Both.
Select the notification timing: by status or time before the job
Design the notification content with on the message box with our dynamic short codes.

You can add as many notifications as you’d like.

To delete click the trash icon on the top right.

NOTE: The notification will be sent to the user according to the phone number and Email you have defined. Read more in User Settings
