Saved notes and comments

At Workiz we are all about making you do more with less typing.

Workiz allows you to save pre defined tech notes and comments that you find yourself entering over and over again.

Common tech notes:
Quoted a service call,
Waiting outside,
Call before arriving…

Common Comments:
Customer called back,
Tech called to cancel,
Rescheduled for a later date…

This way all you need to do is click on the tag and the text will be added in.

Under the tech notes in the Job info tab and under the comments box in the history tab you will see an “Add” button. When clicked an info box will pop up for you to input the text you wish to save and even select a color for that tag..


To delete a saved note or comment simply click the “x” within the tag you wish to remove.
