Trane & American Standard Promotion Terms and Conditions – June 2024

Eligibility
These promotions are strictly limited to authorized Trane and American Standard dealers actively utilizing or intending to implement Workiz software solutions for their business operations. The promotion is time-limited and Workiz reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Workiz further reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. The promotion is valid until September 30, 2024, though Workiz reserves the right to extend or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. This promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Workiz shall not be held liable for any technical failures, errors, or delays that may occur during the promotion.

PRIVACY
Personal information (i.e. personal data) we collect or receive from or about you in connection with the Program will be processed in accordance with our then-current Privacy Policy, as amended by us from time to time (currently available at: https://www.workiz.com/privacy-policy (the “Privacy Policy”) and used, amongst other, to perform these Terms and communicate with you. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. In addition, personal information may be used by Workiz (and/or third party administrators of the Program) to contact you (for example, via email) with regards to participation in the Program. Participation in the Program represents an ongoing relationship with you, for privacy purposes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you hereby agree and acknowledge that your email address and/or any other information provided by you to Workiz, including, for example, in the context of this Program, may be shared by Workiz with third parties and/or websites, including, without limitation, Giftbit (collectively “Third Parties”), in order to provide you with the Rewards (defined below) and to perform these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you hereby expressly consent to the foregoing, waive any and all claims against Workiz with respect to the sharing of your information with such Third Parties, and you hereby agree and understand that to the maximum extent permitted by law, (i) that Workiz has no control over such Third Parties; (ii) Workiz does not assume any responsibility for the content, terms of use, privacy policies, actions or practices of such Third Parties, including without limitation any use and/or processing of your personal data by such Third Parties, (iii) Workiz expressly disclaims all warranties regarding, the accuracy, appropriateness, usefulness, safety of such Third Parties, (iv) you are solely responsible and liable for your interaction with such Third Parties and (v) you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against Workiz, and release Workiz from any and all liability, arising from your use of any interaction with such Third Parties.

Promotion Details
The 50% Summer Sale discount will be applied for qualified new subscriptions who purchase the Workiz Standard or Ultimate plan with annual payment. As for the Demo Bonus, dealers must register and attend a scheduled Workiz demo during the promotional period. The $100 gift card will be provided electronically within 30 business days following the demo attendance. For Canadian residents, the gift card’s value would be 125 Canadian Dollars. It is important to note that the Summer Sale discount is applicable solely to new Workiz subscriptions and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Furthermore, the Demo Bonus gift card is non-transferable and holds no cash value. Each dealer account is limited to one Summer Sale discount and one Demo Bonus gift card.

Limitations and Restrictions

The Summer Sale discount applies only to new Workiz subscriptions and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. The Demo Bonus gift card is non-transferable and has no cash value. Limit one Summer Sale discount and one Demo Bonus gift card per dealer account via Giftbit. Workiz’s engagement with Giftbit is subject to the Giftbit Terms (www.giftbit.com/terms-and-privacy). If the Giftbit Terms are terminated for any reason whatsoever, you understand and agree that you may not be entitled to redeem the Gift Card via Giftbit and Workiz may not be responsible or liable to provide you with any Reward.

By participating in this promotion, dealers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Workiz reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
