What’s the best way to track PPC?

Very easy, in your numbers section you have the option to point every number to a call flow. So let’s say you created a flow named “Google PPC”. All calls coming to those number will be labeled “Google PPC”

Do I need to record a Whisper message for each flow?

No, Workiz can turn your text to speech. Simply type the Whisper message (i.e. “This call is from Google …”) into your flow editor and Workiz will play it when you pick up the call.

How do I view my results?

When you log into Telexio, you are taken directly to your reporting panel. Here you can view calls by:

  • Campaign / Flow level
  • Number level
  • Individual calls
