Call Forwarding

The “forwarding” widget allows you to route calls to any destination. It’s completely customizeable, flexible to your needs and includes a wide variety of smart features.

  • Forward calls to a user or a user group (a.k.a. a simultaneous call,) or to a specific phone number.
  • Set up a caller id preference.
  • Add a call whisper message (i.e. “this call is from.”)
  • Use call screening to avoid telemarketers (i.e. “press 1 to accept this call.”)
  • Record the call.
  • Set a dial timeout.

Like any other step in our call flow builder, you can then forward the call to voicemail, the menu, a scheduler or even forward the call to a different user.
